....sharif is going to post a low boost run soon. He text me yesterday to let me know that the turbo's are spooling up way faster than expected... So my guess is he already did the low boost run.

Nah...
The twin GT37R Z reached peak boost before 5K and that was with larger housings (4" compressor inlet) and a T3 flange. So I would have been very surprised if your 35R's didn't make full boost until 5K, especially with a 4.0L stroker.
I'm more curious to see how the smaller housings will affect your 35R's top end as the boost gets turned up.
The twin GT37R Z reached peak boost before 5K and that was with larger housings (4" compressor inlet) and a T3 flange. So I would have been very surprised if your 35R's didn't make full boost until 5K, especially with a 4.0L stroker.I'm more curious to see how the smaller housings will affect your 35R's top end as the boost gets turned up.
