Saw what these guys can do on an episode of rides from a few years back, they should be able to do any computer rendering needed and possibly some of the comkputer simutated wind tunnel results as well. Mike should get his own episode of rides .

Sharif, please let me know the date as soon as you get it scheduled so that I can make sure to have my docket cleared ahead of time. Also, when you reserve the wind tunnel, please ask them if they have the equipment there for us/them to use to measure downforce and drag.

Thank you!!!

you guys can make the undertray outta wood (yes wood..) since its cheaper, easy to cut and reglue etc..

to get a general idea before finalizing with any expensive material..

TS Diffuser = $$$$$

Pile of wood and epoxy = $$

Eric, do you mean using a balsa wood core sandwidched between carbon fiber (e.g., a la Corvette)? Just not sure from your response. Please let us know what you mean. Keep in mind we want to add a minimal amount of weight to the cars, but I don't mind adding 3 or 4 extra lbs. if it will save us 30% in fabrication costs.

I'll be completely honest: This whole idea sounded kind of far fetched at the beginning, but its great to see this actually coming together. Considering the people involved, perhaps I should have known better.
