Why does such a quality kit use worm drive clamps and not t-bolt clamps? seems likes a lot of extra work to weld those fittings on there when t-bolts woulda been just as good prolly.
looks like the wastegates are just free hanging? no worry about cracking the welds?
very nice looking on the stand. cant wait to see how easily it drops into the engine bay.

I do not think a T-bolt would have helped the piping staying place like the welded bosses as big boost levels. I have never seen wire uses I have seen the plate strap method.

As far as welding....when pushing over 700whp...the more welds and less couplers the better....I have had my share of that BS coupler... If we were only going for 5XX....then I dont see a problem.
The wastegate is not setup with dumps....its a return setup...so its not going to hang....so there wont be any weld crack issues.
I posted pic of the motor in the engine bay....it fits perfect. They are just making sure that piping is a perfect fit. I am not sure if you have seen how Sharif removes and installs the motor and trans. He lifts the car and the motor and trans is left on the stand.....so this way he could install and remove it very easy.

Very true.....I have seen the wires on Supra's and LamboTT before...I have never seen it the way it is in your pic....Looks good though.

T-Bolt clamps can fail too, and they are extremely difficult to use in very tight spaces. The method we are using us used by many pro teams, including the AMS Time Attack Evo. Blown couplers are a thing of the past now.
Um Sharif.....we appreciate your input......but shouldn't you be working right now?????????????????????????????????????????
