Default Question about tuning/knock

When I swapped my utec one of the map sensor wires was loose after plugging it into the new one (stupid turboxs molex plugs, pure suck)...so basically the UTEC wasn't taking over fuel deliver in under boost for the first couple pulls until we figured out the prob. It felt like hesitation as the utec was pulling timing a few times on the pulls.

We quickly found the problem and got the map working correctly after a couple of pulls but the utec registered several knock events prior and had been pulling timing. I heard the knock a bit too, like a brief ticking sound as the utec pulled timing over and over.

Everything is fine now...but do you think those few knocking events due to the map not working could have damaged anything?

Thanks man thats what I thought (only time will tell) LOL. TurboXS molex plugs FTL! Even the tuner box had the same issue with a wire coming out of the molex.

~6-7psi. The (reflashed) stock ECU did suprisingly well until the maf was maxed out around 5k which was the cause of the lean condition. And the UTEC was quickly pulling timing each time -- It felt like small hesitations like VDC was kicking in at which point I immediately let off the gas.
