Question Defi 60mm Gauges vs oem gauge pod, yes I've searched!!

Hi guys,

my shop is saying the 60mm gauges I have from Defi won't fit in my 2004 350Z gauge pod. I've searched but some threads say they do, some others say they don't.

I did ask the vendor when I purchased them to send me ones that fit in the oem gauge pod, and I got 60mm.

So, do they fit, or not?? Any definitive answer, and pics, would be appreciated!

Thanks!!

You can make them fit very easily.

If the shop is hitting you with that BS Id take my car elsewhere...

it depends on what time of year it is.. sometimes mine fit and sometimes they didn't.. so what i did was i put double sided tape on the gauge and put them back in.. they stay fine now

LOL Thanks, I think they are being over cautious because they know how much of a nit-picker I am when it comes to finish. They are pretty much amongst the best 3 shops in the UK so I do trust them.

yes thanks for that, I did post on your thread that I wanted to do exactly that, but now (the shop confirmed they can now fit the gauges on the pods... like I told them to, all they needed to do was to try! lol) I've decided to use all the pods for my 3 defi gauges to keep them all looking the same. In the future if I wanted to revert, I could, by just swapping to the oem gauges
