Default No Throttle(help plzzzz)

i bought a 05 nissan 350z with a turbonetics single turbo, with a turbonetics reflash. the car runned fine for 6 months. SES light was there from day 1 i bought it. but i did not take seriously because i thought may be its turbo that is why. occasionaly my car used start but there was no throttle response, i used to turn it off and then start it again it used to be fine. but 1 day i was driving at 240kmph and suddenly there was no throttle response, i parked on the side and turned it off and then started it again it was all fine, but then this thing started to happen evryday, and then evry time. i took it to the garage and they told me that i need to tune it, so i took an apointment with a piggyback(UNICHIP) tuner. but when i took my car to him he said that he cant tune it as there is some mechanical fault. i took it to another garage and this garage scaned it and they asked me to replace the throttle body and evry thing will fine and i dont need a tune, i replaced the throttle body with a new one. but the problem was still there. and then the garage told me that my reflash is gone bad or my ECU is gone bad so i need to replace it. but when i reset my car i can drive it for 10- 15min and if i unplug the ECU and replug it i can drive it for 30 min or so. but then again the SES light comes and there is no throttle response, sometimes the throttle response is there but the RPM goes max to 2500 or 3000 but very slowly. and now 1 of the tuner for nissan told me that i jus need to replace the Throttle Body Motor Relay, and i jus opend the IPDM and took out the TB motor relay as i cud'nt get the new 1 i replaced it with Fuel Pump Relay as they are same but the problem is still there. 1 more thing i have noticed is that most of the time when my turbo spins, and reaches to .67 bar a pppsssshhhh(its not the BOV sound) like sound comes and the turbo goes to say .7 bar for a flash of a second(my Defi recorder thingy helped me find it out) and that's it rpm comes to 1k and no throttle response again or it goes to max 3k but very slowly . and this spike of boost only happens when my car is planing to go bad. Now ppl at Turbonetics say that they have never seen a reflash going bad if it goes bad it will be bad all the time and same thing said me one of the tuner told me that if ur ECU or REFLASH is currupted or bad it will never let you RACE!!!

the garage which i have visited have tried replacing o2 sensor's and throttle sensor's.
in my last mail to technosquare they asked me what boost i am runing?? and after that no reply. i am runing at 0.67 bar, do you guy's think that over boost will cuase this. now the last thing i gonna do with my car is get my ECU back to stock and then try going for unichip or reflash. if things dont work out...... i dont know what i am going to do. and another thing my car flies. now i dout 1 thing can overboost cause this thing?? but this also happens when my turbo is at -0.3 bar !!!!!!
and another thing to notice is that MOST of the time when my turbo is in -(minus) and i am at a curve this thing happens!!!! i got a base model 350z so no VDC no TRC.

now what do you guy's think should i get my ECU re-reflashed from turbonetics or get it back to stock from technosquare???

i m located in dubai.

waiting for your replies.

What are the SES codes you receive? There is something major in there to cause the car to go in limp/safe mode.

A local member has the same problem, he is running Grreddy TT and Haltech. The car starts buy there is no throdle response. Replaced TB, OEM ECU, TPS sensor...basically everything, but the car does not rev.

The car does rev if you push the TB plate manually. I have never seen anything like it.

Hope you find the solution soon.

Possibly the sensor on the gas pedal assembly is going bad as that is what sends the signal to the throttle motor.

That is the TPS (throdle position sensor) and it sends the signal to the stock ECU, which in turn sends the signal to the TB drive by wire system. It is a 0-5V signal

Probably wont help you, but i had Osiris stock rom flashed to my ecu and my throttle went wacky. Then we flashed it with another osiris updated rom and throttle came back perfect. Your issue might be with the flash, it does strange things sometimes, right now im trying to figure out if the ecu controls air conditioning switches because mine went crazy after my ecu flash......

Are you running a piggiback? I heard you mention unichip somewhere in that paragraph...

My utec was causing this one. I had to swap out the utec and then it's fine.

It sounds like a wiring/electrical issue but it's hard to be sure. You need a tool like Cipher (from UpRev.com) to monitor what the stock ECU is reading from the various sensors. Sounds like something stops working after it gets hot...

Everyone keeps asking you for the actual code.
Some times you can get a more direct answer if you
can post the CEL code.

Post the code and trace the wiring for the TPS in the FSM - you need to check all the harnesses, connectors, etc., esp where it runs through the engine compartment.

I had the same problem for a while going into limp mode with no throttle response.

I replaced the APP sensor and it did nothing, still had the problem. So I disconected my wiring harness and cleaned it all out and then blew all connecting point with my compressor and knock on wood have not had the problem since. Check or corrosion on the pins, but make sure to take the plastic off of the wiring harness otherwise you won't be able to get in there well to clean it.

Thats what happened to me and how I solved it, hopefully it's not your ecu.
