Yes, but I forgot my USB thumb drive when we went to the dyno, and the shop is in the process of moving this week, so I didn't want to post anything until I had the dyno files in hand.
But, I did move my peak power up 700rpm and held power all the way to 7000rpm. I'll post the dynos as soon as I get them.

Don't have the sheets. The shop that I dyno'd at moved the next week and it's about a 45 minute drive now. Haven't gotten down there to get them.
Car is put away for the winter, axles will go in @ the same time I do the rest of my little winter projects. This winter couldn't be over fast enough.
How are your axles?

dunno, cars been in the air for over a month. I did install RcDash's yesterday. No clicks etc and everything seems fine. He drove home and txt'd me that they didnt fall off.
Def tell its a small company. His 2 hub convertor plates were machined differently but everything still lined up.
Be interesting to see if anyone else has the driver's side axles fitting very tight when mounting them to the diff. Pass side is cake, but i had to nudge both mine and Raj's with a rubber mallet to slide up the diff stubs

Thanks for all your help str8dum1! I'm glad I sought your help. I would've spent all day trying to figure out how to get enough room to fit the axle through the tight quarters on the passenger side. Dropping the spring was brilliant - quick and easy fix. DSS should have put the hub plates on before shipping and just packaged it appropriately. Then they would notice that the holes don't quite line up!
Axles seem to be fine. No unusual noises, vibrations, etc. I'll check the bolts again for tightness this weekend.

Torque to recommended specs - hopefully the loctite will hold it. Use black rtv in addition to the o-ring. Kind of hard not to get a little messy, but try to get a thin application on there without missing any spots. You only need a little because it will squish out the sides if too much...

[QUOTE=BriGuyMax;7745602]Finally finished the install of my Cosworth IM and my alkycontrol meth kit today.
Went out and did some street "tuning" with the UTEC. My AFRs stayed nice and fat. 11.0-11.3 so I didn't have to add any fuel (AFRs before the manifold were mid 10s).
Boost dropped from 14psi on spring pressure to 12.5psi on spring pressure. I'm assuming this is because of the dramatic increase in flow.
Car now feels nice and strong above 5500rpm whereas it fell on it's face BAD after 5500 before. I'll be putting it on the dyno and turn on the meth sometime in the next couple weeks so I will hopefully confirm what my butt is telling me.
So far I'm very happy with the Cosworth. It REALLY cleans up the engine bay and looks dead sexy. Now I can actually see my coil packs so plug changes will be a piece of cake.
What is the circled piece mounted on the bottom of the support bar??? Is that a pump for your oil cooler??
