Another Powerlabs DIY and picture diary
Here is another DIY 350z post for the powerlabs kit. I am getting all the down so I can get my thoughts together and ask for help too.
its a 2004 base silverstone, with the only previous mods being and LSD, Motordyne 5/16 spacer, and floormats.

It seems like the best way to do it is in sections. So far this is where I am at:
Most of the kit. Stupid rat wouldnt get out of the way

- Remove Stock engine components
- Front Strut Tower Bar
- Intake System and MAF Sensor
- Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly, so far not needed to remove/modify
- Front Sway Bar - not needed to remove, was able to get up pipe installed with a little coercing
- Bumper and cowl
- Factory Crash Bar removed, still needs cutting, never got template.
- Windshield Washer Reservoir - Page 1

- Coolant Reservoir Install
- Stock Exhaust removal -Page 1
- Catalytic - Y pipe removal -Page 1
- Exhaust wrap - Page 1

- Crossover/mid/uppipe install - Page 1
- TurboXS install - Page 2
- Fuel Pump - Page 2

Winshield Washer Reservoir
This is the windshield reservoir, it took me forever to remove these 2 bolts

Coolant Reservoir replacement
I didnt see any pictures or instructions about where or how to place this, so I called and talked to Han at Intense Power, he gave me the above ideas. I would have never figured this out. The L Brackets are oriented just in a way that its tight but it works.

Stock Exhaust removal
Adding AAM 3 inch exhaust
Getting these out were a pain due to the piping in the way
Getting the exhaust out alone can be a pain, I finally just pull the hanging bracket off its rubber grommet by force and let the exhaust fall to the concrete.
After getting the exhaust in I decided to do the "bumper tuck"
Not sure if I like the sag, but it looks way better than the open spot on the passenger side with no exhaust there

Cat Removal
Using the extension trick from the Jeffie7 (sp?) thread was a great idea
Getting to the back end of it was awkward, so I used the FSM method and it actually worked. Glad the bolts werent totally siezed up.
Had to prop up the whole assembly to take it out without it landing on me
left over stock pieces

Exhaust Wrapping
my first wrap, Zip ties are just until it dries. I will be putting the alum wraps on there after.
Letting the pieces dry before applying the silicone spray
Completely forgot about the up pipe, had to go back and wrap this one later.
After spraying with the silicone spray.

Good luck with the build bro! Call/pm if you have any questions. Just got done with this install about 2 months ago. That AAM exhaust is a beast but beware MUCH louder than stock.

Mid pipe, Crossover pipe
Mid pipe in place with Vband clamp

bigger view, Not sure what is the best place to route the o2 lines yet.

Was able to get the Up pipe into place without removing the sway bar
With the heat wrap on there its REALLY close to the AC compressor. Its loose fitted right now, so hopefully Ill be able to adjust once the turbo is in
