They told me 1.10 will be out in a week
We also have the new CAN based I/O12 expander, which will expand the capabilities of the 350Z ECU platform, adding 4 digital outputs, a 4 digital inputs, and 4 analouge inputs. These will work with the 350Z ECU with the release of ECU Manager 1.10, which should be within the next week.

updated build list

Cosworth 8:8.1 Pistons +10mm over **
Nissan OEM Piston Rings +10mm over
Carrillo H-Beam Rods (NI-Q35>-65676H-0) **
ARP Main Studs
ARP L19 Head Studs **
Cosworth Head Gasket (not sure which thickness i need)
ACL Main Bearing Set
ACL Rod Bearing Set (not sure if needed, please advise)
ACL Thrust bearing
Cosworth Oil Baffle
Block inspected and cleaned
Block redecked
Block Bored and Honed using a Torque Plate
Rotating assembly balanced
Crank magnafluxed and the journals micro-polished
Fuel:
Cosworth Fuel Rail Kit **
CJMotorsports RFS Stage 0 (modified to work with the Cosworth Kit)
Walbro LPH255 (may upgrade to a lph300 dw) **
DW 850cc injectors **
** means already purchased.
Should I mess with the pulleys? ATI crank pulleys are pretty pricey so I don't know if its worth it. Maybe just a standard size lightweight pulley set?
What about the IP Billet Block Girdle? Should I buy one?
Also will be getting the Cosworth or Nismo thermostat, Pathfinder Coolant mod, and maybe a new revup oil pump.

Oh, I guess you're right. I was thinking of it as a comprehensive set of supplementary gauges rather than primaries, too. I hope you get some of that sweet hockey tape with yours, too!

If you plan on revving past 7500 rpms, I would get the girdle.

Got this update today!!!!!!!!!
Good news today. Haltech AU has completed the inspection and repair of your ECU and harness, and have shipped the unit back to Haltech USA. It is en route via FedEx and scheduled to arrive 29 Aug to this office. Pending there are no FedEx import clearance delays, I’ll make sure you have the unit back in your hands by mid next week

The original issue was that when on the dyno it would not pull timing correctly. Oh and I don't know what was the cause.

str8dum1:
A problem in the Harness, I don’t know exactly the specifics
We’re including a new harness. I think you had one of the original harnesses, which didn’t have wideband connector breakouts built into the harness. You’ll need to rewire your widebands to the new style wideband input breakout connectors when you install the new harness.

Update:
Today I ordered a CJ Motorsports Stage 0 Fuel Setup, Nismo Theromstat, and ARP Main Studs.
My haltech will be next week assuming there is no delays with customs.

Shane I'm going bald too... Hopefully I get my Haltech within the next couple of weeks. It looks like I'll be home earlier than expected soooo my build could be finished by the 2-3 week of Oct. I didn't know about the Aeromotive pump either... damn it.
