Scott, I will send you the section of my electrical install for my turbo kit. It will clear things up. PM me your email.

EDIT:

Found it on my build thread:

https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...-build-11.html

I used a Princess Auto relay and wired it to the washer fluid pump. It gets power when the ignition is on and and/or when the ACC is on. I prefer this over messing with anything related to the OEM ignition system.

It is very simple and you don't need to cut a sinlgle wire on the car.

mine is relayed off the fuel pump. Primes in the ON position and never running unless the car is running.

Simple doesnt mean the best.

Judging by all of the things wrong or missing on his kit I would say special in a bad way.

Thanks to boosted Probe my scavenger pump has power!

^^^^ Im gonna need to do a serious wire tuck

Tomorrow i hope to top off fluids... I plan on starting it up tomorrow however there is one thing i just want to make sure is okay before i do... The turbos will be oil starved for a few seconds before the oil circulates... is this okay?

A buddy of mine who rebuilds rb25s told me that i need to disconnect the coil packs from the battery lead then crank the engine 6 times for 5 second intervals for a total of 30 seconds. He insisted that this wouldnt kill my starter... however I believing otherwise... Opinons?

No problem.

You should have put the relay in the batery compartment. That way you only have the grey cable going to the pump. Much cleaner.

I should have mentioned that when I sent it down to you.

Your starter is fine if you crank it over a few times.

What do you have for engine managment? Lightspeed Innovations in RedDeer has tuned several TT and supercharged G/Zs he can also tune most ECUs. However as with all good tuners he might be hard to get into right now but worth a try. cam@lightspeedinnovations.com
