1. What MAF are you running? I though I recall you getting a PMAS.
2. What injector size? I think I saw someplace 600cc.

I just don't understand how your only seeing 6 psi unless you have a leak some place.
I know Marbles kit was a stage 4. I almost bought it myself.
1. I'm running the PMAS MAF Sensor... I bought from GTM
2. I'm running DW 600cc Injectors

No leaks.. we checked everything like crazy... My tuner will go to Japan for 2 weeks and I'll wait until he gets back... I'll update this thread.. So far the car runs great with no issues..

The belt I bough was not the belt(supercharger belt); it was the one that replaces the OEM belt.small Forgot what it is called...

Anyways, I appreciate your help Jerome. I'll update the thread later on. At the moment I'm busy with some work and school. I might order a pulley from rotrex or other sources I've been checking.. dunno yet.... Also, on the mean time I'll check with other tuner shops to get more info about what is going on...

The belts supplied with the HKS kit are not off the shelf sizes. When I had HKS SC I got Bando to custom make 10 of each size. ie: 7PK1060 and 7PK1050. The shorter belt was for the smaller pulley. I never fitted the smaller pulley so I cannot comment where the belt tensioner was.

I still have a few brand new for sale. US$25 each + shipping to the US. When they custom made mine I had to wait about 6 weeks from memory.

Hey Ariel, did you try to remove the blue air piping you used and running it with no filter? I am pretty sure that thing would collapse when you are in higher boost since it is so soft. Everything is looking great though, hope you are enjoying the car.

Hey Ariel,

Got mine up and running today. I just need to put the rest of the car back together and take it for a test drive now.
I ended up having to buy a new Belt for the Crank side. The belt I got with the Kit was a Dayco 5060685. It was way to big. I ended up buying a Dayco 5060670 replacement. Nice and sung.
I have also powered coated all my pipes Wrinkle Black. Looks pretty good to me.
I need to do a bit more trimming on the engine cover.

Injectors: 600cc
Fuel Pump: Walbro 255
EM: Osiris. Currently running GTM Spec Base Tune
06 RevUp

Well took mine for a drive today. Looks like I need to upgrade to a PMAS. I am hitting 5 volts by about 4600 RMP when really getting on it. Man it feels Great for running out of MAF. No more fun till I get the PMAS and a tune.

I'm using the bando belts. The 6 ribs belt is a Bando PK1700 and the 7 ribs is a Bando PK1060.

Gabe, I'm not using the blue piping anymore. I was able to fit the hks filter in its original position with an 45 degree silicone coupler that I ordered.

Would that be a Cosworth intake? Are you running the HKS S/C?
HKS S/C + Cosworth = ????
