poor casting will def crack if you get water on it when its hot. my POS exhaust mani on my beater cracks every few months cuz is its **** pot metal.

At least GTM will send you new manifolds free, so you will just be out some time thats it

That sucks man. Definitely no fun pulling 3/4 of the turbo kit off to replace manifolds.

I was helping a fellow member work on his G35 that had the GTM TT kit and we found large cracks on both manifolds also

Small update:

We found cracks on both manifolds

Getting them fixed ATM.

i believe its a problem in installation... saw couple of craked manifolds and the problem was the installation...

What causes the cracks due to mis-installation? What are the installers doing wrong? Curious because I just ordered the HR Twin Tuner Kit.

So wait you have to pay $1,300ish to get your manifolds replaced??? I'm not sure if you've looked at it or not but have you noticed if the down pipes and exhaust meet up really well or do you have to move the exhaust around to line them up? We noticed the down pipes and exhaust didn't line up very well so you had to kind of push the exhaust into place which we think caused an extra amount of stress on the manifold. Maybe figure out a way to put in an exhaust hanger there to prevent the manifolds from cracking again
