I have the following build:

- VQ35
- APS Twin Turbo
- 2 X Tial Wastegates
- Water Methanol - Devils Own Stage 2
- Arias 9:1 and Pauter Rods
- CJM Stage 1 fuel system
- AAM Max Flow Fuel Pump
- Walbro pump
- 850cc injectors
- 3" APS Exhaust and 3.5" Downpipe
- HALTECH PLATINUM PRO

What is the max power I will get on pump fuel with Meth/water mix.

I was running 530whp with the APS kit and built motor, on pump gas. With meth or race gas, we could have gone higher.

 

Is this a premium BB kit? Last one I tuned with Osiris made 590rwhp.

 

Are you running a tuner kit or the extreme kit?

I see you mention Tial wastegate.

I'm pushing 518 on just 13psi and that is on a conservative tune with no meth

 

I'm making 502whp on 16psi with no meth, and a Utec.

which kit do you have?

 

If it's the 2X Tial wastegates, then it's either the APS Extreme kit which is good for 700whp+ or the APS second gen tuner kit with external gates...good for about 450-500whp.

 

easy to tell by the intercooler thickness..

it wont do 700 on pump/meth though, esp with 1 pump.

The BB kit will most likely max out around 550 rwhp.

 

I got 545whp at 17psi on a dynopack. There might be a little more in it with more free flowing exhaust and a couple extra pounds of boost. I get 510whp 16lbs with my berks cats and thats what I run daily. I was thinking on upgrading the Twins to the GT2871's but not sure what I would gain and if it would be worth it.

So far Ive made 533 @ 13psi on a Dynopak. That's a 8.8:1 built bottom end, BC2 cams, Forge actuators (yellow springs)

I'm hoping to come close to 600 with some more boost but the Haltech is already running 60% duty cycle on the boost solenoid so I'm not sure how much more I'll squeeze out of it.

Not going to bother if I have to swap actuator springs or add more wastegate preload as its just too much work when I'm finding it hard to get traction as it is.

IIRC, Todd from BZM claimed to have made ~600whp on my old APS kit.
