told ya that catch cans would be easy money! Shops charging 3-400$ for a box with a baffle and some weld on fittings almost as insane as a person able to justify paying that.
Yeah, that is true. I just need to find some stainless -6 or -8 stainless weld on male bungs.

yeah, the idea of welded bungs instead of welded fittings is awesome.
Being able to accomodate 1/2" hose would be good. Love the design. I would personally stick to npt ports as fittings are cheap and easy to come by but can always get adapters I guess.

The one pictured was not purged, and there is no sugaring on the inside. If you hve the amperage turned down, you will not burn through...ever. So the inside is nice an clean.
I back purge all the exhaust stuff on the turbo kits, because here I need good penetration, and a solid weld all around. That is why I say that you will never see my exhaust welds crack.
Well, I finally got around to mounting this catch can. It seems that most of the catch cans out there get mounted somwhwere in the front of the engine or on top of the radiator shroud. It makes sense, as this is the half way point between the most common valve cover vents. I followed suit.

These are 3/8" NPT fittings and again there is 4 of them for this specific application. If this goes in to production there will be two ports with a breather on top or something like that.
