So I’m just kicking around adding TT system.
How long or is there a mileage you guys see were things just need replacement or wear out.
I understand this question is based on the build, tune quality boost your running.

As you said yourself that you know it depends on tune and build, so the answer you get will be different ....

 

The major factors are basically what you listed.... who tuned it, Build quality, how hard its run, and how often its run hard.

I hate how everyone is thinking of throwing a turbo on their car ..first its not cheap in the first place second you must realize the car isn't made to handle fi so your motor could go at any time. Add power = less reliable

just depends man. even if everything goes right, it could go boom tomorrow because of one weak link. the risk you take when going FI. I have over 100k miles on my SC but i am not pushing the numbers some people on here are. The more you push it, the more risk you have in making pretty white smoke

Your best bet is to find one of the reputable shop sponsors on here and give them a blank check to TT your car. Not the cheapest route, but it will most likely be a very reliable setup.

Also keep in mind that SC setups are generally the more reliable option, but you will sacrifice some power and more torque.
