ya completion should be sometime the week after next. there aiming to get it wrapped up so i can take it home and garage it before i head down to sema

everythings about to come together but after thinking about it a little, debating going to twin gtx3071R's and doing a water/meth kit. kinda want to be done with it while its all out. Wont feel the need to come back later then since the gt2871's would be maxed out.

do the X series use the same turbine housings as the regular gt30s? Remember, GTM does not use standard turbine housings. The use the small T25s

hmm thats a good point i forgot about that. i know a t25 fits on the X series. but whether or not it fits on the gtm t25 i am not sure. Probably should give sam a ring and ask him

Ouch! 1400$ EACH. But at least this makes it sound like you can just resuse the housings.

ya : /, thats what i thought when i read it. not really wanting to get a pair and have the housings not fit tho

cant find any gtx3071's readily available, just sticken with the 28's for now but am going to do meth after break in on the motor

Motors pretty much done fittings came in for casting bolt coolant mod today so those will be going on tommorow and all hooked up

o i know lol this is my second go around at this haha, took awhile to do the stock block set up too. theyre full up on cars though and they want to get a few out so i suspect itl go fairly quickly now haha
