Thumbs up

Jerry, congrats on getting home safe to family and a huge pile of awesome parts That things going to be a beast when its completed. I've had a look at Boosted Perfomance's craftmanship and from everything I've seen it's Top Notch. Looking forward to hearing how it goes as I'm considering a Boosted Performance kit for myself later this summer.

think i drove the wife a little nuts last night going through everything, mainly to find the clutch bracket short shifter and my new kenwood radio but thats not performance so i dint list it lol. i did sit up till like 3 am putting it in and playing with it though, granted dint get home till like 1230 am. getting ready to go do clutch bracket now.

also talked to adam at z1 pistons hopefully willbe in next week sometime but still waiting to hear a eta from kelford on the cams =/ they dont normally produce them in a set like that

Nice, I guess we'll be doing the build at the same time. I just picked up my block/crank/rods/pistons from the machine shop.

just finished the rjm bracket install and wow its amazing im pretty sure even my wife could drive the car now. thinking the grinding i was having was from the master cylinder rod needing adjustment because so far it seems to be gone, shoulda tryed that before i just chalked it up to being a 03. prob do the short shifter tomarrow and start on all the stuff going in the trunk. gotta go get some tools to cut the sheet metal i have.

Glad to hear you are back safe. On the relationship note watch out for woman intervention! They are awful clingy when we get back from deployments. Might need to put her down with some ambien while you work. HAHAHA (note: just a joke so all you haters don't think i'm out doping people on class IV meds)

I remember that feeling when i had my whole office full of parts laying on the floor. I just stood in the doorway and stared at it all in awe. Have fun with your build and take breaks. I pushed too hard to get it done and didn't relax and enjoy myself as much as i should have.

what power level or goals are you going for?

today relocated battery to trunk, took alot longer then i thought =( but i originally was going to put the battery where the jl stealthbox goes but since im building a subbox there im putting everything under the false floor. not very sturdy right now till i start putting sheet metal in for a firewall.

and yes that is jb weld on the brace but its just until this weekend when i can go get it welded. dint want to sliding until then. also the carpeted piece in the corner needed notched for the positive cable mayby 1 inch by 2 inch section cut out. as you can see its unnoticeable with the carpet down. also had to pull the sound deadener off the panel.

and a pic of the subbox granted its not very related lol been awhile since i worked with glass.

need to get a different router bit to cut out the mdf rings

awesome. did you say you are doing e85? If so then 800hp on a DJ should be a reasonable goal after seeing what mine was doing at just 22psi and a slipping clutch. Put that monster at 35psi and 800hp should be cake.
