You got the info you needed... now stop making other threads about E85 and what injector sizes when you've got the answers here from dudes that have been there and done that. When will the build start?

i say ID 1000's and the walbro 485.

To make it flow properly you should get rid of the OEM hard line that is only 5/16" (smaller on the inner diameter). I would say 8an supply line and since you are going to boost go ahead and put a return fuel system. Personally the fit and finish of CJM is top notch. Stage 2 would upgrade the hard line, give you dampened fuel rails, and boost referenced fuel pressure reg.

and yes, e85 will cost you more mile per mile than pump gas but i still love it. I have high hp but on a stock block the octane and cooling would make it safer since detonation usually is what kills the rods.

Aside from all the bs going on in here...

I had always read that e85 required about 25-30% more fuel than pump. Is this wrong?

How are you calculating that e85 has "double consumption" and then multiplying by 1.7?

^ And if he's currently getting 11mpg now on pump gas while NA on a stock block HR motor, he's either a horrible driver or something is seriously wrong with his car.

My money is bet against you actually accomplishing your goal. E85 to get 400whp is a waste of money. No one is taking you seriously until you have at least some of the work done on your car. Until then you're just another 17 year old balling on a budget with a dreamer thread in Forced Induction. Have a nice day. Let us know when it is done.

OP, start a build thread after you get everything purchased and assembled. We are done here.
