Budget Turbo Kit Build HELP!!
You are in fact an idiot. I didn't say 500+whp wasn't possible, I KNOW its possible and commonly done. Yet when I called you on this before, you denied it. You told me those numbers were NOT the norm, in fact they are. Go check their forums.
Your basis for arguing in that thread, like in this one, was your boyfriends car.
You deny you are the guy. Here is the proof you are a liar and that you don't know $hit.

So how's it taste?

Ok, first let's move the discussion, you half-witted nerfherder, to the discussion of stock supercharger at +500whp, a discussion no way connected with the subject of this thread.....
Firstly, no where did I say 500whp wasn't possible with a stock charger, what would be impossible is a stock charger and a "few bolt-ons" as you said producing much more than 550whp. To obtain more your going to have to modify the stock chargers internals to allow for more air flow. I've been there, I've done that, I've been involved in that very f%^$*ing endeavor.
Re-read that thread you forum genius, and rethink this discussion.
How about moving it back on topic, which has to do with a budget "build".
As for your Mach1 to Cobra engine layout, I don't need to explain further. The layout is identical excluding various manifold, supercharger and intercooler pieces. It's been done, the conversion to Stock charger FI was made, and at around $2,000 to the owners experience. Arguing with it all you want. You're getting nowhere.
I brought the link in here to show everyone how it is you like to argue. Everything you say is based off of a friends experience. You refrain from thinking logically and simply shut off when questioned. I find it hilarious.
You saying a Cobra with those mods is rare is like my saying a stock block Z with 400whp is unheard of rare, oh and btw my friend told me that, so don't argue with me. It's fawking stupid.
I'm arguing with a mongoloid I need to stop now. I can't expect more from a guy who lists brake pads in his sig.

You're retorting to mockery because you have no substantial evidence to back up your own claims.
I own you bro.
Anyone who uses the term bro pounds a$$. Thanks for the confirmation.
I am not your friend. I am not your bro. Your own perceptions of car knowledge fall short of what comes thru on this forum.

You come in and put people on blast, not warranted at all and they take it. Only difference is, I won't. I'll send that weak sauce troll right back to you. Especially seeing you have 0 expereince on the subject your talking about.
And bro is just a term I use to get inside your head. Obviously it's been working.
The only ring you stepped in was a bukkake circle.
If you knew better, you would know I'm no troll.
You are threatened by someone who questions you and so you resort to typical Internet slang, ie troll comments.
People like you give the forums entertainment.

Then you tell me you wanna put your thing in my mouth. You outta he ashamed of yourself, bro bro.
not everything is forged from the factory, we are talking about one engine. the non supercharged 4.6's only have forged cranks, same for most lsx's with the exception of the ls7 which has titanium rods(and happen to not be that strong considering they are titanium, from what ive seen they bend about 700 to the wheels) my favorite way to rate power is power per cylinder, and the v8's just arnt that impressive but i will say for what they can take the most impressive is the 5.3L gm truck engines as far as what they can take stock.
heck the ls7 needs sleeves about the same power level as what it needs rods at which is significantly less then other lsx's, so a blanket statement like this is just no
its like everyone saying dont boost the vq35 because it will break, untrue because its all in the build. its not semantics it really is just a engine each one is different and built with different parts any blanket statement is wrong.
semantics would be like me saying dont call it a motor because motors are electric
i will agree that it it is retarded expensive to build the vq35 but only reason i would go for lsx swap is if i was aiming for 1k+ because the displacement makes it easier.

crap example, if you knew much about mustangs(not much of a mustang person myself but the sn95 use's the same trans as the 3rd gen f body's ) you would know that you will shatter the trans with anything like that. the cases stretch and snap the teeth off the gears then explode all togeather even the world class ones.
not to mention even with that super charger the mustang would only be about 400 hp =/ you would spend as much on the sn95 as you would a z for the same power due to the crap trans(and the tko swaps are not cheap...........)

I can do that..

lol
A good example would be my freind's Mach 1. It's basically the Cobra engine non-FI. So bolt on the stock supercharger $499 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/03-04-Mustan...item3f21607afe), various manifold adaptors, a small stock intercooler, etc etc , come out $1500 - $2000 with a serious HP punch.

Do at your own risk.
1.Pull the exhaust off leaving only the manifolds
2.Cut the flanges off the CATs
3. Run tubing (2"-2.25" mild steel) from the manifold, using the flanges you just reused, and tie them together wherever the turbo fits with that T3 flange. Try to merge the two leaving enough room to weld a wastegate flange in. Make sure you angle and position the turbo so you have enough room to run your exhaust back out. Header wrap this tubing!
4. Mount a 38mm wastegate just before the turbo flange where the two tubes from the manifold merge together. Get a 7psi spring
5. Weld an oil return fitting or hose end on the oil pan
6. Tap into the block for an oil feed to the turbo AN-3 will be fine. I think I saw a plug you can remove on the drivers side towards the front of the motor.
7. Install an intercooler and piping. I can find the universal intercooler and piping for under $200 easy.
8. Buy an AEM FI/C and wire it in as the instructions say. great tuning and logging for a beginner IMHO.
9. Buy a boost gauge and wideband and install!
10. Tune for a 11.7:1 A/F ratio and pull about .5deg per pound of boost in the AEM. Tune until you run out of injector and can't keep an 11.7 fuel ratio. 11.5 under peak torque.
11. Get bigger injectors if you want more power. Stop at 400WHP to be safe.
I did this same setup on a 2002 maxima years ago and it was fast as hell. Just an ebay t3/t4 turbo and wastegate too.

Nismo wtf bro. This isn't the first thread where you posted some retarded crap.
And per your definition of builds, most of us don't consider suspension mods a build. Hell I don't consider a bolt on turbo kit a build. I consider a build when you yank the engine out and replace engine parts. That's just me. But I mean if you're one of those herra frush people suspension and camber are TOTALLY builds. Just like undersized rubber, zuper lowness, and retarded camber are uber cool and fast.

Apparently his bros told him that too.
I'll take anything Resmart and Rude say with a grain of salt. Just more trolls I've slayed with facts.
PS: Resmart bro, been a while since I've seen your Spiderman picture posting self. How's that 1000hp dreamer build of yours doing?
Edit: As a response to your hellaflush comment I will point to Webster's Dictionary to begin:
build (bld)
v. built (blt), build·ing, builds
v.tr.
1. To form by combining materials or parts; construct.
2. To order, finance, or supervise the construction of
3. To develop or give form to according to a plan or process; create
A car build is a project that can come in many different forms. Most notably it is the modifying of a car with an end goal in mind. Example, I'm sure anyone could "build" a racecar out of a 350z without touching the engine. (exceptions may be cooling modifications.) My example included suspension, braking and weight reduction - in any variations of the such. Maybe I didn't articulate it properly, maybe you failed to read me correctly. I didn't say putting camber and coilovers on was a build. I actually agree that claiming it a "build" requires modifications to a particular point, and that point being somewhat in-depth. I disagree on the idea that a "bolt on turbo kit" doesn't have the nessesary qualifications as a "build."
I digress for your rebuttal....

No I don't fail.
A "build" is not the same thing as a "built engine."
A "build" doesn't even have to include engine modification. Someone could have a build with overhauling their suspension and braking, weight reduction, etc.
I never fail. I wont back down bro. Don't think you can come at me with your weak sauce troll.

You failed miserably in this thread and it's a perfect example of your tendency to spew incorrect info here in the FI forum...

If you think you're being trolled, you clearly don't know what a troll is. Some of us are just fed up with your crap.

And about everyone else here being a troll:

So I'm not sure how you left the main topic of your own post to ask for my rebuttal, but here it is.
If it looks like a troll, sounds like a troll, smells like a troll, grunts like a troll, it probably is a troll. And that troll is clearly you.
I'm keen to see how you react. Are you going to tell me my opinion is wrong by using a Webster dictionary definition? Or tell me my build doesn't exist or is a joke? Or that you "know everything" already because you searched it before?

It's a simple disagreement between myself you and Resmart. I see that in some way means I'm wrong.
Please refresh my memory on this "incorrect info."
Resmart: You still haven't updated me on that 1000hp build of yours. Nice redirection though.
Rude / Resmart: Honestly, I find you humorous as to pointing out "troll." Maybe we need to look up it's definition as well. I came into this thread to reply on the OP and the topic at hand. You came in to retort at me off topic. Whose the troll bros??? Who???
In Internet slang, a troll (****.: /ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is someone who posts inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as a forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
