Do you have side by side dyno's for comparison....?
Did the HP still fall off at 17psi?

No additional power was made with the filter off, car is makimg high570s low 580s constantly but the jacksahft is getting louder and louder. Im getting it towed home and replacing bearings myswlf si ce i cant afford anymore 130.00 hpur rate. New belt is great btw no slip

If i ran the 3.12 id make same power just later. Move the power band. Seems tho 680 hp at the engine is the limit for stock heads and cams. But i will be having another tuner play with it once its fixed to see if any room is left.

Are you still using the oem plenum? For non revup supercharged setups power seems to fall on its face after about 6200rpm. You can try the Revup lower plenum to help move the power band some more to the right but that will sacrifice some low end an midrange power, which may not be worth it to some ppl due to less grunt during normal driving. Same to the kinetix Manifold. Just my .02

Might as well say mine.
1 Vortech V-3 SCi-Trim with 928 Motorsports Impeller
2 Vq35de Built Stock Block (11.1), Stock Heads and Cams
3 E85 Break-in Conservative Tune
4 3.12 Pulley, 34/28 Cog, Fluidampr, Ebay 31x4x12 Intercooler
5 467whp and 425tq with 5 Gal E85 and some leftover 93 in the tank
(15 Degrees Timing till 5600rpm, 13 Degrees till 7100rpm redline)
About 1,300 miles on Rebuild. Scheduling dyno time early Dec to tune myself and make more powa with more stable Ethanol content.

How much boost?
That is extremely retarted timing. I'm at 17 degrees at redline with just 93 octane and 19psi.
What are your ATI's during a WOT Run? I question your ebay IC. Treadstone makes some nice Intercoolers and I have a TR-1245. Hi ATI's will just kill HP

Yes, this is because I was tuned conservativly due to not having an exact ethanol content to advance timing any more since the tune was a mix of 5 gal e85 and a a little over a gallon of 93. I have since adcance to 17° thru out the entire Rev rance and noticed more power from logging.
WOT temp go to about 25° above ambient after a full pull. I am purchasing a TR1245 this xmas.

The important Temp is during WOT, not after. Glad you are getting the TR-1245
Morning Oldman, This setup is running 15psI at 7100rpm.
