Default APS twin turbo water feed return T-pipe help

Finishing up my recent motor build and found out that I am missing my T-pipe that splices in for the water return:

APS part: 435-966-000
T-PIECE - 19mm OD x 68mm x 9/16" JIC

I had removed it a couple years back when installing my expansion tank setup. I am switching over to Evans with this build and want to remove the setup and just go back to the regular return with no expansion tank.

anyone know where i could get such a component? any other options?

Google "Radiator hose fitting adapter" and from there you should be able to find something...get your 19mm ID size, and you might have to dig around for the 9/16 JIC to thread into the adapter but I'm sure its out there.

I had to do some searching for the fittings to re-create the setup that APS uses to T off for the oil feed to the Single turbo. I finally found a shop that was like 15 minutes away from home. Had to make a couple changes, and it was expensive, but i learned that there is a fitting out there for everything.

Actually I searched around a little more because I was curious...

what you want, if you cant find the ACTUAL APS piece, is a "water temp sensor adapter."

They are setup the same way. T into your coolant hose, and you will probably just have to find a 1/8th NPT to 9/16 JIC fitting.

Seems like this is the only 19mm one I can find: http://www.mattlewisracing.co.uk/pro...308787bb2d12c0

Can maybe just get a tee with the appropriate ends as separate fittings from summit racing. You could also simplify plumbing by running the output of one turbo to input of the other and then you just have a single return. With Evans, it's not going to boil and I doubt the one turbo heats up the volume of coolant flowing through it more than a couple degrees anyway. Dynosty ran it that way for my custom set up. Turbos clocked about 10 degrees with exits higher than entrance.

that is the way the APS kit is setup. only a single return feed up where the stock bleeder is.

I'll have to keep looking and see if I can find it around my buildings

I think I have it figured out.

what I need to confirm is that I can use AN fittings with JIC... that i am fairly confident with.... now:
is JIC 9/16" the AN equivalent of -6?

I ended up feeding and returning each coolant lines separate on my setup. This is the part I used.
