Default need help w/ clutch b4 going to dealership

i've had my 05 6mt sedan for 1 1/2 years now. As many know, those years have a high engagement point. All day today, the clutch seems to be "stuck" down to the floor. The engagement point now; it doesn't come up high like it use to, AND now, I can barely get into 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and REVERSE! WTF?! Its like i have to force it in hoping it'll go in. i know i didn't do anything wrong. It Grinds like a B*tch now!

Is it my syncros? or is it just the assmebly? or the short shifter i installed? or does the whole transmission need to be replaced. Someone said that if the brake fluid is low, the clutch will stick to the floor like that, but thats STUPID. brake fluid and clutch has no affiliation.

HELP! PLEASE! NEED HELP!

Check your fluids, really.

I can't remember really, but the Z might be one of the cars that shares the same reservoir for the brakes and clutch.

might be a leak somewhere. examine the clutch lines. If you can give it a bleed and see what happens after that.

Bleed the line...sounds like you have air bubble in there. How many miles on your car?

Because they both work off the same system.
