Exhaust = Horses
mY QUESTION is I want the exhaust that produces the most horsepower. I dont care about looks or sound or money. If I should go custom then tell me exactly what i tell the mechanic. Thanx guys
our stock exhaust is not restrictive, so whatever change you make prolly won't add much. if you want more hp na, look at plenum, cats, ypipe replacemnts.

Well, they all gain about the same. IMO, going to someone who has done exhaust work for over 20 years could produce you the best exhaust for your setup. Otherwise, Stillen, Injen, and Borla seem to take the cake on power gains.
I heard from a exhaust company that Borla was for sound mostly (at least more than power). The guy said think about it, Borla makes exhausts for every type of car, better off going with a japaneese or Nissan company...This true?
Stillen has produced the most power that I have seen. Borla seems to lose power. That's according to the guys that installed my exhaust @ Dynocomp in Scottsdale. They have done quite a few different setups.
Stillen is heavy stainless steel though. Probably adds 10lbs or so.
My setup added 14hp and 9 ft. lbs. before I put on the cat-pipes.

I want to see someone route the thing out the side in front of the doors...illegal or whatever, I think it'd look badass with a capital B
(not to mention you'd save all the weight and restriction of the pipe to the back)

Don't get the Injen SES1985C (the current straight tip system) it has built in restriction that hurts power and will force fiberglass to end up all over your bumper (nobody needs a hairy @ss) and the dyno charts the company provides are for the older system with the removable silencers. See my web page for explanation and pics.

I did a lot of research and this article helped me the most. All in all they are all pretty equal and you're not going to feel much of a difference from 2-3 HP IMO, don't forget to consider weight. You will have to magnify the article. Hope this helps.

Is this a case of "hey, we caught you cheating are you going to fix it?"
They knew they were building a restrictive product from the start. They also knew or should have known simply by the design, that is was also going to blow out packing. The fact that they placed the silencer out of view seems awfully deceptive in my book.
