Default Sport Z Magazine plenum results

I still haven't gotten my issue, but I am never sure if I am current on the subscription because I can never keep track.

I am looking for the results of this test and what they found!? I am ready to purchase some sort of plenum upgrade for the new year.

Any insight from the article would be great.

Thanks,
John

It's out! Received mine on the 9th. A long article with charts. You might want to wait for your copy or go see if it is on the shelf at Barnes & Noble. I would hate to have you purchase on me providing results and insight. The decision has to be yours.

I will say this. The test included the Kinextix V4 that has now been replaced by their newest plenum, V5 or V4+. SportZ Magazine made note of this in their article.

I dont see anyone spilling the beans to the results, which is understandable becuase they want you to buy the magazine. I wish it were sold everywhere

For Peak HP motordyne won with the 1/2 spacer but it was pretty close between all plenums. You can't really go wrong with whatever you choose except the AAM did terrible.

THey also tested the lower 300hp plenum on the 03 Z and it did pretty well.

Ugh yeah our plenum was the first they tested and after talking with them it looks like it wasn't installed properly! If you check the Modified Magazine article (two issues ago) they gained 13rwhp with our plenum.

We are talking about a follow-up article and re-dyno of the AAM to get the correct results.

As in JUST the lower plenum and no spacer? How do you guys think a lower 300hp plenum would do combined with a spacer or an upper plenum? Has anyone tried? Maybe I should after the new year

You reading this GSC Motorsports?

I can't wait to see the explanation for that, especially since the AAM is 1/2" up front where it counts.

if sport z do redo the dyno run for AAM and if it does show quite a bit of change.. it would contradict the results. which means theyll have to redo all the dynos.... i trust in your products.. hopefully they'll redo it and make sure everything is perfect before they run the dyno.. make sure no leaks etc.. maybe test the skunk one as well

Cool. I was going to get the motordyne spacer but I got the lower plenum on my 04 and its awesome above 5K rpms. What did they say about it?
