Of course you can buy one and not send your lower collector back for a refund. That's the way it has always been when it was looked at as a mod only for the REVUP 300hp motors... those guys don't have a 287 lower collector to send back, because they have a 300 lower collector...

for 287 motor do i get the mrev+ or ++ and how much without sending back core

also, if someone from motordyne can answer...how beneficial would this be on a 287 motor with crawford upper plenum. from just looking at the product, it appears that only some milling has been done on two of the ports...is there more here than meets the eye?

hey hydrazine, i really like the name"mrev v2" sounds good and gets all the confusion out of the way. now i have a question for you. if you have a 5/16 spacer, test pipes, jwt popcharger, pulleys, cat back exhaust, and headers will you still see the same results with the mrev v2? or will you definitely have to tune it too see any results?

If you already have been tuned to all thoes parts, you may not need another tune.

If you simply bolted everything on without a tune, yes, you will need one.

Otherwise you would just run leaner and not make much (if any) power from it.

Keep your tune between 12.5-13 A/F for optimum results.

I'm sure it will make gains with the Crawford plenum but it hasn't been dynod.

Tony, IMO you should probably get a mod to close this thread, and then you can start a new "FAQ" thread for the new MREV++++++++ V2.0+++ or whatever it's called

I know what you mean, believe me, I do online sales and the emails never stop coming, but maybe what the guy (above) says is a good idea, there are a lot of people who would like to know more about the new Mrev although "search" and reading the entire post is also another way to go...
