Picked up my MREV V2 at Churchs today, unfortunatley i had to leave early because i dragged my GF along, and she had to babysit =(... All i got to witness was the baseline dyno on Wired24/7 completely stock 350Z with 7500 or so miles on it, i think the baseline was like 258 or 256...
Wish i had more info, i left in the middle of the installation.
It was nice meeting everyone!

Okay guys, was a good day for a meet and greet for the new MREV V2 mod! They were dynoing using Dynapacks for 2 seperate setups Wired24/7's and Kevin's Silver ZR.
I'm pretty sure that the buyers of the MREV V2 will tell you their HP/TQ gains. I can only tell you that there were really good gains for just this simple setups.
Picutures:
Wired24/7's MREV V2 Setup. Its all stealthy but at least you could see the spacer.
Dynoing Wired24/7's setup.
Church's tech dynoing Kevin's Roadster
Tony hard at work!
Z BOY's HKS SC setup.
Z BOY entering the bay!
It was a pleasure meeting all the folks at Church's Automotive and the Z enthusiasts!!! All were really cool guys, and to talk about our obession with our cars!
See you guys again next time!

Sorry but I don't have a scanner at home. I will scan the dyno graphs on Monday at work. Meanwhile Tony has the dyno graphs loaded on his computer so maybe he can put them up for you guys.
We did 3 pulls each of the following configuration.
- Baseline
- Modded lower collector (MREV V2)
- Added 5/16" spacer
The lower collector (MREV V2) by ITSELF made about 11 peak HP. The testing conditions were identical and the technician even monitored coolant temps to make sure they were identical. This test was very thorough and there were plenty of people watching who can testify.
The spacer helped, but did not add much, roughly 2 HP on top of the lower collector by itself.
Total: about 13 HP gain. This is on a STOCK motor, STOCK intake box, STOCK exhaust.
My A/F became considerably leaner until about 4k rpm. After 4k rpm, there is LOTS more torque but has the same A/F as stock.
The MREV V2 does not lose power anywhere on the 287hp motor. It is a kick-*** mod.
Overall I am VERY !@#^#@^ IMPRESSED with this mod.
For all of you guys with the 287HP motor, I would STRONGLY recommend for the best "bang for your buck" just get the MREV V2. It is so good that it is actually making the spacer obsolete.
On the drive home: I can definitely feel it pulling harder in the midrange, and it does not disappoint up top.
Thanks Tony, you did a great job on this mod.
In other interesting news: the verdict is still out on the MREV V2 for the rev-up 300hp motor. The new collector makes a lot more torque in the midrange but loses serious HP up top. This was tested without a spacer. It is believed that with a spacer will help the rev-up motor make more HP up top, but we ran out of time on the dyno today (lots of people doing installs).

Decide for yourself and get whichever one you think is a better deal. IMO the MREV V2 by itself is the way to go.
For the record, the guy at the dyno place (Sean) was pretty damn impressed with the gains, and rightly so.

So far the answer doesn't seem very good

Hi Guys,
Yes, the test results on Wired 24/7 Z were very good. A significant increase in area under the TQ curve and great HP gains in the highend. This mod likes to make TQ unlike the usual upper plenum mods.
I also tested it on my REVUP engine (without a spacer) and the results in my opinion were unacceptable. It made ~25 ft/lbs TQ in the midrange but it lost too much at peak. So far, it looks like the REVUP may still require a spacer for optimum highend response. I would have liked to continue testing but it was getting late for us and for the shop owner.
And I'll get cracking on the data for detailed analysis.
Tony
PS It was good meeting everyone! Finally got to place a face on all the board names. Maybe we can do Sushi when more time is available.
