Default Greddy EVO TT - Hangs uneven HELP!

Hi all I just bought a greddy evo tt exhaust from jeremy @ performance factory who was awesome by the way.

Anyways, after we put it in i noticed that the left side was really tight to my bumper. The right side hangs evenly and nicely. It's not annoying enough to get a difference exhaust but rather, if someone knows a quick fix, I don't mind putitng in the work to fix it.

FYI: I unbolted the left muffler pipe and it hung ok, but after i tightened it back up, the problem arised again. It seems as though there is ALOT of tension in this system.

The only thing that i could figure out made this problem is because there is no more flex pipe in the whole system. either that or the hangers have ZERO give at all.

Stick a couple of washers b/w the bolt so the exhauset will hang a lil lower

it's just kind of inconvenient for me since i live 2 hrs away its the first time this has happened for him (i have an 06 if that matters).

If someone has a fix for it or has this exhaust and it hangs fine, i'll un bolt everything and redo it.

Im just trying to see if its a design flaw or if bolts just need to be undone and retightend

which bolt? the 2 bolts connecting the muffler to the resonator?

and if i stick some washers inbetween the flanges won't it cause an exhaust leak?

The order you tighten things makes a differences in the way it all hangs. I had to redo mine @ first. Not really a big deal

Just stick 2 or 3 washers where the hanger connects to the body of the car. You're going to need an extension (about 1 foot) and its easy to do. I think it has three bolts and each 1 washer adds about 5mm of clearance.
