Mine is great. ZFitment was perfect-the guys at the muffler shop said it was a breeze to install. I sanded off te fake blue burnt tip look and polished it. At any rate this exhaust is perfect. Who knows about any rust issues...my car is garaged and its never driven in the rain so thats a moot point for me.

Got my exhaust today. It's actually better and nicer than I anticipated. The welds are really good, and it shines up nicely. Now to put it on my car tomorrow.

For those of you who have purchased this exhaust in the past, how have they been holding up?

This really should apply for those who have had them for at least a year.

Im going on 2 yrs/about 36K miles and its still in very good shape.Very shiny no rust or rattles. 1/2 that time I lived by the beach(2 blocks away) so its held up to various types of weather/climate.

As I have said before all I do is clean it/polish it once a month (1 hr tops) with blue magic.Majority of folks with issues are the ones that neglect it and would experiece the same issues with any other product.

The only problem I seem to be having with fitment is that the exhaust exits are a bit crooked.

how much is shipping on it? I paid 80 for shipping and got it at 259.99
339.99 I didn't think it was a bad deal... Some of the welds look rough, but they are in spots that won't show. When I mean bad, not cheap just messy. Everything else looks good. The tips look pretty good as well. Will get pics up later.

Mine is not X02/Cxlightning but its from TopSpeed, but i think its the same as every other vendor.. Only 1 thing is my TopSpeed offer 1 year full warranty and it was $400 shipped from a vendor here. Here is a video of it with Megan resonated test pipes.

Why doesnt anyone ever drive away in their exhaust sound videos? I mean sitting there revving it in neutral sounds good and all but we need to hear car drive away and run up through the gears to really "hear" the exhaust.

Iv been looking at this exhaust for months but for lack of pictures and sound clips havent made the leap. I have a topspeed right now but want to try somthing new. Like stated above some sound clips of somthing other than neutral revving would be nice. Every other vidoe for a different exhaust always has plenty of differnt perspectives besides this one. Another problem is that It seems that you can see the small outlet pipe if you look into the tips. Not very attractive when someones driving behind you

Here's my video of the exhaust on my G.

I did different views from:

Cold Start
Rev in neutral
In cabin
In cabin with OEM exhaust
Normal take off
Aggressive start
Launch

Watch it all the way through

In my video i revved it up to 6-7k, heres the break down what sound is like at certain rpm. 1-2k humming/low boxer engine type of sound. 2-3.5 loud if let go after 3-3.5 you get backfire double pop. 3.5+ orgasmic unique orgasmic sound, same sound as 3-3.5 just mellower but unique, music to the ears. only down side to 3.5+ fuel usage, other wise i would be at that range 24/7.

Hope it helps abit.
