Advanced Resonance Tuning (ART pipes)

^ this, your only digging your hole deeper. Once Tony said he couldn't help you the ONLY resolution was to drop it and order some more v1s or get money for v2. Man up or ***** out..

I just hope all those other broken pieces of Art get good warranty. It would be a shame if they didn't.
As for me I'll just have to buy something else and sell the broken ones on kijiji to some not so smart individual. That will offset my loss a bit.

^I think you should be banned for not having the V3 sides to go with your Nismo kit.
Him sending me incomplete parts, and me losing them are both silly blunders.
No one was scammed, just a couple of silly blunders.
Geesh, I'm really paying for it now arent I? My great reputation on the forums is ruined, not to mention I still have to buy new TP's. All because of 2 stupid events that happened.
Thanks everyone for the support thru this, I wont forget it.

There are two sides to every story. You have obviously stated your side and you are clearly in the wrong. Losing a screw or a bolt is understandable, but a set of test pipes??.. Then you flame the vendor, an he is the only one that has done the right thing. Yes, I believe your reputation is tainted and you only have yourself to blame..

Wu-watt, sorry to say but you're a douche and a total loser. However, don't take me too serious. I am on the internet...
Good riddance.

I tried to leave this alone but just can't I'd appreciate insight into how Tony sending you a new set and return label leaves him in the wrong when you kept his pipes?
I have a set of V2s that cracked WHEN I BOTTOMED THEM. I paid 35.00 having them welded, good as new and all well.

He's not totally in the wrong here guys. You can gang up on him all you want.
Motordyne sent him incomplete parts, which he claims was a big inconvenience to him.
Now the ones on his car are broken because of a design flaw that has been revised.
As far as the lost ones go, he has perfect feedback, maybe he really did lose them somehow. They werent useable either. It'd be far worse if they were the wrong model and had value.
Not resolving the issue isnt cool so he's guitly of that. But maybe he's not a real bad guy.
IMO

I am not ganging up, I am simply asking for clarification.
My understanding is as follows:
Based on what he said they sent the wrong part but replaced them and paid to get the wrong ones back YEARS ago. It laid there like bad fish until he asked for another warranty repair and when Tony said sure when you take care of the outstanding issue we will look into that covering our a*ses on a non pre replacement arrangement seeing as you proved not trust worthy last time.
If I have these events wrong I am ready to admit it.
