When will you do these dyno sessions? Are you doing them all in 1 day?

Yes. Back to back. I hope to do it early next month during spring break. I just don't have enough time to leave town for two days to do this - right now.

Send it to me and I can have it tested it on Uprev's dyno!
Curious to see if there are any gains on a supercharged platform.

Good results... but I think I want to wait and post up the graphs and pics at the same time.

The only "result" I'll share is that nothing broke, and on the way down (4 hours of driving ~70mph with cruise control) I averaged 21mpg. On the way back home while using the new intake manifold (4 hours of driving ~70mph with cruise control) I averaged nearly 25mpg. BTW, left at 7am, just got back now at 1am. Too tired to post all of the information.

Finally for the results!

We took the car to DB Performance in Rogers, MN. It was a 4 hour drive there and back. The car went on the dyno about 15 minutes after the drive, so it was nice and hot right away.

First few runs were around 233HP and climbed after that. Did 4 runs and the power kept going up just from running the car. No changes were made. Finally landed on 239 RWHP without touching anything.

Next set of runs we swapped the new intake manifold from Street Solutions (took about 15 minutes to swap) and started pulls immediately. Again no changes were made. Did about 6 runs without changing anything and the car finally hit 249 RWHP.

Next we started tweaking with the Cobb Access Port and after quite a few tries we squeaked out another 4 HP. I was really surprised that we could only gain 4 HP from tuning but the Tuner (Shane at DB who has a very great reputation for producing awesome numbers on cars through tuning) said by using 91 pump gas, and stock cats this is absolutely the most to squeeze out of this car.

So with no tuning, we gained a total of 10HP. Including tuning we gained a total of 14HP.

Also we gained 4 MPG while highway cruising.

Something that is really exciting is that the power band is stronger for longer and it is really easy to feel while driving the car.
After the tuning session I took the car out and instead of losing power during a spinning burnout I had plenty of power to keep going and pull out of the sliding with ease and continue to accelerate!

I WANT TO MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR! I could have started with a stock car one day, then bring the car back with supporting modifications and no exhaust and doubled the performance gains AND report only lowest stock numbers and highest modified numbers (Like some companies do to get good looking numbers), but we're concerned with real results that anybody could experience! These reported numbers are real world, and highest stock numbers, and highest modified numbers.

The new intake manifold works!! It is lighter than stock, has better heat dissipation, makes more power just by being bolted on and we KNOW it would do even better than stock on a boosted application.

If you want to see numbers on a website that say "+30.5HP" then I'll pull off the exhaust and use race gas.

I'd also like to point out some comparisons from our testing and what Kinteix has posted:

Kinitex:
+30.5HP at 6,800 RPM

Street Solutions:
+35HP at 6,800 RPM

Kinitex:
Max HP Stock: 231
Max HP Modified: 243
Total Gain: 12 HP

Street Solutions:
Max HP Stock: 239
Max HP Modified: 253
Total Gain: 14 HP

Kinitex:
Max TQ Stock: 230
Max TQ Modified: 234
Total Gain: 4 TQ

Street Solutions:
Max TQ Stock: 225
Max TQ Modified: 235
Total Gain: 10 TQ

I am happy with the results, I am going to eventually make my own, alot the same but with one major improvement, the manifold will be on the other side with pretty much a straight shot off the manifold to tb to maf to airbox.

results are nice, solid gains throughout the powerband. wonder how it'd do with cams and a bump in the rev limiter.

Interesting, but what advantage given a plenum spacer nets about the same for what about 200 bucks?
