Default sweet!

youre like a crackshot detective.

Its a rush right?!

its like being Geraldo Rivera!

haha.

Screw HKS.. were in it for ourselves..

thanks for posting the pic..

btw, the knock offs dont have this.. what they have is also bad tho..
theres a pic of that floating around too, but the h pipe doesnt extende intothe exhaust pipes because theres nothing but a one inch hole on ea pipe wall for gas to flow thru.

HKS= no exhaust flow

Knock off= no h pipe cross flow

conclusion: both are bad, but one is worse.

Thanks. That is terribly disappointing considering the price of HKS.

im taking a seat while the HKS nuthugger come in and defend the 1500+ exhaust yet again. Not even my 42K+ mile X02 ($400) is that poorly built.LOL

As I said in the g forums, it makes you think if the HKS side branch resonators also have the protruding pipe(s)...

Here's the pic I took when I had the X02 H-pipe cut off.

wow, i wonder where else a pipe like that protrudes like that and causes restrictive air flow. what a bummer, i was in the process of saving up for this exhaust, but it doesnt look like its really worth it.

It's the "Injen SES internal restrictors" saga all over again, but this is much worse imo.

This just reaffirms my position that my HKS Knockoff + Magnaflow X-Pipe was one of the better exhaust choices I could've picked for the car! Awesome. :]

^^+1. If your going to spend 1500k on this exhaust, might as well drop another 100 or so to do the magnaflow mod haha
