PPE Longtube Headers

We pretty much finished the install last night, we hit a few snags, one o2 sensor stripped during removal out of driver side header and my motordyne ypipe no longer fits right, have to really force the passenger side flange bolts to line up causing the ypipe to bind and have direct contact with the transmission mount . No big deal though, picking up an O2 sensor this morning and hopefully another ypipe, or get my friend to make me one so I can still get tuned today. On a better note Ian's Z is ready to rock though and hes gonna make it to his 10AM tuning session
I'll keep you guys posted.

Just picked up a sensor, Ian is getting on the dyno now, gonna go back to our shop and come back to tune mine after I put the sensor in and somehow install my ypipe just for todays tuning session.

Already am, but that would still require refreshing the user cp, or checking in a week when I get an email with thread updates.

Money Well spent. Massive gains in the mid range, all usable power. My first pull, no tuning, was 3hp less than my previous tune. same dyno, same tuner, 50 degrees before with stock headers, art test pipes, invidia gemeni exhaust, 5/16 iso spacer and a pop charger netted me 273. It was over 90* today, first pull was 269/244, after tune numbers were 278/260. 40+ degrees warmer almost 10hp and 15tq. Can't wait to go back later and get some cool temperature numbers.
Redline is working on a post as Well. The main difference is all mid-high range power, small gains in peak, but there are 35-40hp differences between 45-68ish. Car feels so, so much stronger. money Well spent. working on getting a layover of previous chart and current.

Dont even have to read all this bellow lol these headers are fawkin awesome!
highly recommend them to any NA Z owner.
Definitely not a day for record breaking numbers due to this FL heat but even today the gains from the PPE headers are very noticeable esp in mid range to peak, my last dyno session was on the same dyno a few months ago with stock headers and AAM test pipes in about 40F-50F weather and put down 290whp.
My tuner is very confident it will gain at least another 10whp in better weather, Ian's Z too.
We will hopefully be going to the 1/4 mile track this upcoming thursday to see what numbers we can get there
Heres a few vids and pics so you guys can see for yourselves
Dyno vid of my Z 297whp 253wtq in 95F weather
Dyno vid of Ian's Z 278whp 260wtq in 93F weather
Ian fighting with a bolt in this pain in the a$$ install lol
126K HR , no leaks yayyy
sorry crappy pic
