only issue I have I the light rubbing against the steering shaft on light right hand turns (engine tilting slightly) should look into new motor mounts, perhaps solid ones
oh and sh!ty fitting MD Ypipe which continuously reminds me I need gaskets!!! lol

I wrapped my headers with the titanium lava stuff then again at the floor board area with a cheaper header wrap...only after long drives 30+ minutes is heat apparent at the pedal area now. Y-pipe to headers I had to double up gaskets.

Got the set on the 06 done last night. Guy went from stock headers/cats and is freaking out about How much he likes it. next is collector, spacer, and 75mm tb, then a tune! Anxious to see what he makes since that's my exact set up aside from exhaust.

I watched you 20-140 video already, then just now realized your shifting at 8k like a boss...I'm going to find a old dyno sheet for my car because I've been shifting at 7700 +/-....your cars strong all the way to 8. Bench racing here but you'd be inching other HRs out with those 8k shifts!

lol yeah I don't normally shift there I was just in the zone for that vid haha. I've yet to run into another HR with bolt ons to keep up though id like to see what kind of difference certain RPM shifts do.
BTW ill be doing another 20-140 now that I'm back to stock gears, I swear the car pulls better lol
ALSO! I bought a low low mileage transmission yesterday which will hopefuly let me shift gears like I know since my current trans is a complete failure

ill start a thread when I get it, I'm spending today just thinking things through a bit to see if I should really get it or spend the money like a responsible adult haha.
Its very cheap and only has 5k miles, my engine is at 128k and running like a champ but I've always wanted a spare to mess with and now seems like a good time to start a small project in my free time. First thing I wanna try is find a pair of 09+ max throttle bodies since ill have a spare manifold to play with now, bore out the TB inlet then create an adapter plate so they bolt up. 2 75mm TBs should go well with aggressive cams and long tube headers.

The inlet is almost exactly 60mm, if you mill out the gasket area you can get up to 70mm, but the material where the flange connects to the neck on the rear side of the manifold will need reinforcing. Going out to 75mm will create a giant hole just behind the flange.

Ok guys, king and bmurray in particular lol since I went back to the 3.5 gear I've been wondering if my butt dyno is out of whack because I swear I feel faster with the 3.5s, figured ill do the same exact 20 to 140 run I did with my 4.08s to compare. The vid is now on my youtube channel turns out even though I spun first and messed up a bit on my 1-2 it still took less time to get to 140 with stock gears as opposed to my 4.08s, oh and I should add my 4.08 vid didnt have air filters, for the stock gear run I had my K&Ns in. I'll do another run soon where I hopefully wont spin the DRs lol

Lol I chipped about 8 or 9 teeth off the ring gear along with breaking an axle last Saturday . I got all spending crazy and bought a stock VLSD, a transmission and a long block haha.
I do feel the stock gear is better paired with the new found power I have, if I was near stockish power I'd say stick with the 4.08 though. And a huge plus I gained a good amount of MPG lol

as crazy as it sounds, I swear I got better gas mileage with the 4.08s lol. I did mostly city driving and idk if it's just because on those 45mph zones id be in 6th or what... idk. and I still got 27ish on the interstate
