Default Wanting to do DIY exhaust+test pipes

I'm getting my Agency Power exhaust and berk test pipes, and I'm wanting to avoid going to a muffler shop to get these installed.
1. To save money
2. Because the experience of doing it myself is needed.

Is there a DIY guide to installing a new exhaust on the 350z, or a guide to removing the oem setup? My exhaust is Y-Pipe back, and of course I would have to remove all the way back to the CATS for the test pipes.

I would greatly appreciate it, I'm new to the forums and just starting to mod my car.

Do yourself a favor and get it as high as you can on jack stands and soak all of the nuts/bolts in rust penetrate. It will be easier if you have an air compressor, as some of the CAT nuts are likely seized up. My test pipes came with new hardware so I didn't have to worry about breaking any bolts. You'll need a long extension to get to the top nuts on the CATs. I had to remove the intake pipe on the driverside for clearance. The rest of the exhaust should be a breeze, just put put the new pipes back up just like the old were taken off. There should be a DIY on it, I just never been there so I don't know where to look.

What he said...

get the car safely up in the air (with multiple fail safes) and get up in there with a flood light and just start looking at the setup...you'll see the hardware is all pretty straight forward.

Be careful when you uninstall/install to stay away from the driveshaft - if you knick the driveshaft it will greatly shorten its life by creating a weak spot.
I love PB Blaster for penetrating oil but make sure you put something down before you spray because it'll stain your concrete.
have a jack, wood blocks or other objects that you can use to prop up exhaust pieces while you connect everything.
I try to get all my bolts to 80% tight then torque everything down once all your bolts are in - inevitability bolt holes wont match up if you fully tighten each bolt one at a time.
coat your nuts/bolts with anti-seize - **** will come off much easier if you have to disassembly
install your o2 sensors with the cats out of the car.
I'm assuming you got new gaskets?

thats all I can think of now...

No new gaskets, the exhaust apparently comes with everything to do a perfect fitment. It will probably be better if I have multiple people right?

An extra set of hands is always helpful, but not necessary. It's also a good idea to have someone around whenever you're under a car just in case of an accident/emergency.

If it hasn't been mentioned, have a breaker bar handy.

I had a friend help me, thankfully cause getting the canister off was a PITA especially if you only had one person doing it, the biggest problem you'll have are bolts not wanting to break free.

Once you get under there and look its pretty simple to figure out, but I'm sure you could google it and find some good results, I did it before I did the exhaust just so I knew what to expect if any, I didn't do the test pipes at the time, and from what I understand that is a task in its own just because its hard to get to the front bolts.

I would rate the ease of installation about 3/10 if you have a friend maybe 4.5/10 if you don't
