Default dash lights for abs are all on

my abs, vdc, ive got it all on, and the dealer tried tellin me that it was tire pressure sensors and b/c of my after market wheels they broke and that is causing the lights if i pay them the 132 dollars to get new ones then the problem will go away does this make sense??

no. the tps one looks weird. like a tire deflating (_) <sidewall bulging due to lack of air

on the far left gauge in the center dash, itll show you the tire pressures, now if you see dashes instead of numbers, then your sensors are bad, dead, or not installed

oh i know bout that, but what could cause my abs, and vdc lights and stuff to come on, right now i have no abs or traction control, i havent pushed the car to the limit of the abs engaging or vdc kicking in and if i have then it def is not working, ive tried resetting the ecu but disconnecting the battery but no deal, this is the same thing that happens to me when I go on a dyno and the lights stay on for a bit but then turn off, but they havent turned off in forever, dont know whats goin on and it bothers me b/c it makes my car like everytime i get into it feel like its broken with all these lights on in my dash

Dealer is an idiot. The TPS sensors only report the tire pressure. There are speed sensors on the four wheel hubs that drive the ABS/TCS/VDC computer.

#1 check your brake fluid.

#2 check your speed sensors.

It is 9 out of 10 times one of those 2

Also remember the SEARCH function is your friend.

Double-check your brake light fuse as well.

brake lights work. but i do know my brake pads are a lil worn down but that shouldnt disable traction control and ABS!

low fluid level -- the space that the pads were has got to be filled with something...
