Default Few Lights On In Dash

So i bought a 350z and there are a few lights on that are buggin me

first is the hand brake light,after i put the hand brake down,the light still remains on

the "slip" light is on

and so is the ABS light on,i am new to this car,If you have any ideas what this might be please give a comment

If posted or if there is a thread about this,please direct me to it,thanks guys

haha this should be a sticky by now... If your brake fluid is low those lights will remain on or pop on while driving.... even if its the fluid isn't down to the min. level and the fluid is still cold... so check your fluids and make sure they're topped... and if it's still not the case than check the brake pads and the brake sensors but most likely it's just the brake fluid

Did you check all your brake pads? inter and outer front and rear? If those are all good than it's probably a bad brake sensor.... but if you would like to reset your ecu/car to see if the lights would go away. Than you can disconnect the positive and negative battery cables (making sure there's no contact with the battery) and than touch and hold them together for like 30 seconds... than re connect them and your ecu will be reset, this resets you whole car so you'll have to set your clock again lol. Don't be too nervous either this is how the dealer does it lol

gotcha,thanks man i appreciate it,im new to this car,does the stereo need a factory code after the battery is disconnected?

hi
my brake light stays on on the dash..it may go out once or twice, but back on and stays, thinking it could be brake fluid...what else is the possibilities of this light remaining on?
