Default Grinding Gears!!

I purchased an 03 touring 6MT about a month ago, and lately whenever i drop a gear(happens only when i drop from 5th to 4th or 4th to third) it will either grind or not lock into place very easily. any idea on what this could be any help would be greatly appreciated

No its not. ive previously owned a 93 Accord, a VW gti and a beater honda civic. If im coasting in neutral around 30 mph and I want to toss it back in 3rd or 4th it will stick or grind every once and a while

hum, are you rev matching? are you purposely using downshifting to slow down over braking??

more details please? was the car serviced prior to purchasing and if so, you sure they did tranny fluid change?

Well, in general with a car you purchased used i would do a complete service.......change ALL fluids and start your maintence clock from there.

in this case i would start with checking the tranny fluid and then test driving and going from there...

There's your problem right there. Driver mod will fix that.

Rev matching wont stop the gears from grinding or sticking.
