Default I'm mad!! 4th time to the dealer and.........

3rd time I has to leave it there.

1st time was for the tsb's they said they didn't know of any.

2nd time, I took it for grease streak, tranny, and cloth on seats wearing. (the only thing fixed was the window streak)

3rd time was the transmission and it was replaced after the third attempt at about 9000 miles.

This morning is the 4th time and its for a marble sounding noise in the transmission, and my a/c pully clutch plate can you guys believe that mine flew off at only like 9300 miles.

I've owned a total of 4 cars, 2 imports and 2 american I had never had anything fly off my car before.

I talked to Nissan North America, and they told me to take it back to the dealer and they will see what goes on from there. I told him well thats why I bought a new car so I wouldn't have any problems and that it was my fourth time to the dealer. I asked him If any more problems keep on occuring what would hey br willing to do for me for my troubles. He says well we cant say till it happens. I think that sucks.

Any advise guys?

I think most lemon laws state that: if you have the car serviced for the same problem 3 or more times, you get a new car

That blows....I've been to the dealer about 8 times in 8000 miles. That doesn't include oil changes. Still have an un-resolved issue and after the winter I'll be going in for a new trans.

thanks for your info guys. Well I got an njen cai, borla true dual, and cusco sways.

They better not pull any sh*# cause I reported them to nissan the first time about the transmission, and they got in trouble cause they didn't replace it .

I hope that 3 time lemon law holds up here in texas so i can get a new 1 or get a big discount.

Only time will tell?

If your dealer is being annoying, you can bring your car to any other nissan dealership.

Keep taking it back to the dealer and let them keep fixing it. Once you hit 4 times for THE SAME problem and they can't fix, call your person at NNA and tell them your are calling the BBB to start a case fill. Immediately call the BBB at 1-800-955-5100. At this point the BBB will immediately call NNA back and tell them what you are doing. 9 times out of 10 NNA will send your case to their internal arbitration department. It that doesn't work you can continue to work with Nissan through the BBB.

This is the way it worked with me. I got basically nothing done with NNA until I called the BBB. There is also a website:

http://lemonlaw.bbb.org/

It's all free just make sure you have a clear lemon law case for your state, which I'm sure you can find information for on the internet.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info guys.

Well NNA called me yesterday telling me that they will replacethe transmission again for the second time and they will replace the a/c compressor.

This blows man cause I miss my car

The thing that pissed me off is that the dealer hasn't even called me. The guy I go thru usually calls me right away, well not this time.

I wonder why?
