For preventive maintenance such as transmission fluid and brake fluid, I feel more comfortable with months rather than miles. Fluids absorb water whether the car is driven or sitting.
If you set-up a schedule such as 36 months, do everything at 36 months. Makes it easy to track.
You didn't specify if it was AT or MT... in either case... every 30,000 miles is Nissan's suggestion.
O really? That must be a suggestion in the same form that all the quick change oil places recommend 3,000 mile oil changes - i.e. marketing driven.
There's no set interval in the Z FSM or Online Maintenance schedule. They recommend Inspection every 15K miles. The only recommendation for changing fluid at 30K is based on a vehicle used for towing.

Well, I changed my tranny fluid at 46k or so... I am just stating what Nissan does/recommends... even your link to the maintenance schedule points it out.
EDIT: I always miss the fine print... nevermind!

Don't worry - I was just jerking your chain.
The problem with the online service schedule is that it's not vehicle specific. BTW - I changed mine out at 25K - mainly to go to synthetic for improved mileage & better wear.
