350z swapped engine - need help

Hi guys this might be quit stupid question but can anybody help, i cant make oil pressure and water temp work since i swapped RB25DET in 350Z
is it possible at all?

Yes I am quit serious
as i got the car without engine and ecu loom, so i am looking for stock sensor working option... aftermarket sensor and gauges are secondary option
