What would anything to do with a stereo install have anything to do with any of this anyway? That is what I am getting at. If someone could tell me what could possibly cause this... I could just fix it myself.

Monitor, injector pulses and coil trigger signal to find out which isn't working and work backwards according to the FSM. Without some equipment and seeing what's going on we're all just shooting in the dark.
With a only a multimeter you can figure out many things too though. Obviously as most have mentioned, fuses are the easiest and first thing to check. However there are several fusible links in the engine wiring that could have melted. Continuity checks between the various wires on the injectors/coilpacks/MAF/crank angle sensor and their outputs from the ECU would help you troubleshoot it down. Although it's a tedious process, that is what's next if you're absolutely sure it's not the fuses or fusible links. BTW, there are fuses at more than one location in our car.
Other things you can check with a multimeter might be.
voltages to the fuel pump.
Voltages on the coil pack connector
Voltage on the fuel injector connector.
Sorry for the long post, but without actually seeing the car, it's hard to troubleshoot over the internet.

Well if you really want to troubleshoot it down yourself, you're going to have to figure out what exactly is failing. Do you have an Oscillosope and a copy of the FSM? If so you can find out exactly what portion of the engine isn't working and troubleshoot it from there. If more than one thing is failing, you can figure out what they have in common and fix that.

thanks for the post... I appreciate the response. I have checked everything I can think of with the multimeter including those mentioned above. I am very good with cars usually. I have rebuilt cars from the ground up. This one has be stumped though... and it must have service stumped as well... they have had my car since sunday and they can't tell me what is wrong yet. I was hoping to point THEM in the right direction.
