Well here is my problem, I used to run N/A and trap about 106, this was done with 4.30 gears, now once I got the blower thr gears are way to steep, I end up having to shift to 5th which is overdrive and it kills my times. Since you feel as if you want to try to prove me as a liar, here are all my mods. To tell you the truth i could probraly trap 120-125 if the gears let me, I will have them repalced with 3.55's next season, I will be running in the Ford Fun events, like I did last year N/A. You can try to prove me a liar all you want, but it will be hard since I am not lying!

Since my injectors really give me no power I did not loist them, notice I did not list my fuel system at all, if you want that too i have FRP 42# injectors and a vortech fuel pump, I have 4 banger fox body springs up front, and cut 87-93 5.0 springs in the back for weight tranfer, that is all I have as far as suspension, I NEED TO WORK ON IT BAD! But if you have any other attempts to "bust me" just let me know!

I had the opp once again to race the same black cobra, I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, ON EVERYBODYS Z's THEIR FAMILYS AND (im gonna say this becuase it only expresses how sincere i am, All of the souls lost in 9/11) that the below is the absolute truth pure 100% Chicago Squeezed Unbiased honesty as follows
I caught a red with Mr. BLACK Cobra and we looked at eatchother and both new that it was on. i asked him if it was a cobra and he smirked "hell ya" i said what year he replied 2001 6spd, i said you like it he said "yeah, wanna run em" i noded my head and rolled up the window, he was by himself, i was alone also i had a topped off tank, i reved to about 4000 and the the light turned GREEN, Damn traction control allowed him to get 1 1/2 cars ahead, then he got in my lane as to say Cya but i noticed i was pullin on him a tad garunteed it was mabout 1.3 mph i switched into the passing lane and crept past him ohh so slow he finnaly let off when my nose past his, we were going prob 108-110.
NOW I KNOW FOR SURE THAT A Z WILL BEAT BEAT BEAT A 01 COBRA, if you dont beleive me go out and find one to race
but ill tell you that i shift very very fast, i never take my foot off the pedal just punch the clutch at the same time im shifting,
THE BEST PART OFF ALL TIME This weekend when i am back in nW indiana where these races are occuring he is gonna be at some mustang meet at the local hooters and he said stop by over there my freinds wont beleive how quick your car is. ill deff bring a dv cam and capture this magical win for you on tape so you can all C

OK, now I know you are full of it, the 2001 Cobra was a 5-Speed, but i am, sure you will have some stupid excuse and everybody will defend you again! God you are dumb! But you kep beating those 2001 Cobra 6-Speeds, they are almost inpossible to beat since they never existed, the 350Z is not faster than a 2001 Cobra, if you other guys race one you will lose, sorry, but you might be able to beat a GT, if you can drive good. maybe the guy forgot how mahy gears he had and misinformed you, but wait you have freinds with them remember, so you should know how many gears they have right! im sorry about fueding with him, i will still get that video of this race by sunday, i swear the guy said six speed and i dont really care if anybody beleives me, cuz all you have to do is race one for yourself and you will know that im right

beautiful that guy was a pain, but they are 5 speeds and if he was using his traction control that is why he lost it makes sense, always turn of the traction control it does not let u use all your cars power he will get a good jump becuase of no spin then he will fall on his face up high, same thing happens when you use asr in the camaros, see there was a simple reason why you won and everyone doubted said it couldnt happen! but who ever uses traction control in a drag race ill just say hmmmmmmmmmmm..

Here is my thoughts about the last 4 pages:
A 350Z will win a race against a GT giving equal drivers. I have seen alot of M5 GT's running 14 flat at 98-100 and some in the very high 13's. I bet the 350Z guys with some more practice will muster better times than the GT. On the highway i dont think the GT will have a chance since it can only compete with the S2k and the 350Z from a stop ONLY due to its great TQ numbers. bascially top end for the GT sucks.
About the Cobra discussion:
Since i owned a 99 Cobra i know alot about it. When i got the 99 Cobra before the fix it did put down around 254rwhp and 262rwtq if i remember correctly. Anyways after the fix i got 279rwhp and 284rwtq and thats bone stock. The car used to run 14.0 at 99-101 before the fix. After the fix i managed alot 13.6 at 104 with some 13.7's at 103 and im not the best driver too. Oh yes my 99 Cobra was a hardtop coupe. CONV. Mustangs are always slower than hardtop. A Conv. 99 or 01 cobra will run 14.0-14.2 at about 99-101 in traps and when they get over 100mph the soft top will slow them hard. So i would believe that the 350Z can beat a Conv. Cobra(99 or 01) especially on the highway.
Finally,
These mods on a GT will never ever ever give 483rwhp and 446rwtq. NO WAY, NOT IN THIS LIFE. First, the motor should be built( Forged bottom end, low C/R(8.0-8.5, might even increase the displacment with boring or stroking to 302 or more to be safe) so u can run up to 16-18psi or so to see 483rwhp. Second, the 113 in traps is too low for 486rwhp unless ur running above 5000ft elevation. Finally, the 2.4 60ft dont match the 12.2 at 113 even if u are on high elevation tracks, the 60ft should be more like 1.6-1.7sec to get a 12.2 from 113. Conclusion, sorry things just dont add up with this setup and times.

one time I had this modded Z31 running 11psi and intake and exhaust. I went to race this beat up *** civic. We took off and I was pulling on him (duh) until i went for 2nd gear. I shifted too fast and the synchro bounced me out for half a second until I could work it in, and by then the civic had me by a whole car length. After that, I knew I lost. He "walked" me as he would say.
My point: Its very easy to screw a shift up and then lose.

It's kinda like my buddy was saying the other day when he was driving around a 2002 Camaro SS all day. He said he didn't get ONE look from anyone. But when he drives his regular car (Impala SS with 18" Enkeis and a ram air hood) he gets lots of attention. You see LS-1 f-bodies ALL THE TIME. How often do you seen an impala SS with a ram-air hood?
Stangs are a dime a dozen, plain and simple.
