This was the indicated speed on my digital readout. Had a long stretch of clear highway and my track model streetched out to reach that speed. Funny, I wanted to see what the speed limiter did, but never felt any type of fuel cutoff or spark interuption at 155.

I think we will top out before redline tho, from viewing the dyno graphs, we drop off pretty sharply after max power, so as resistance increases and power decreases, unless we can do 180mph or whatever with less than max hp, I dont think that will happen.
in many cars top speed is redline in 5th, rather than 6th, since they cant muster up enough hp to keep accelerating in 6th. but we have far more hp than most cars.

I would, however, like to see 160+mph
An older article, can't remember which, saidthe Z was governed at 155, but could reach 170 drag limited. Sorry I can't supply a source for that number, maybe yes, maybe no. The 155 is an often quoted governed maximum, however.
