ok guys, got the motor all back together and in the car. i really hope i dont have a problem with valves hitting the pistons, its going to be pretty close.
i am uploading pictures right now that i will add to the thread in a second.
i should have it started in a few hours but im sort of scared to see if it was a big waste of time
also, the supertech dual valve springs are just STUPID tight, i mean, you can barely spin the cam around by hand, yes one of them.

as promised, here are a few from yesterday. car is a mess right now but getting detailed tomorrow if it starts up and runs ok....

i have done a lot of deleting on this motor, i only have the coolant lines coming from the radiator to the motor and back out to the radiator, ALL the other lines have been deleted. i took out the oil warmer/sandwich plate and am only running an alternator with nothing else, i just threw on stock headers for now and i will switch them out in a couple days (someone send me free headers!!)
welded up all the coolant passages that werent needed as well...

if this motor can take my abuse for about a month at least, i am going to add the nitrous and my turbo 400 back on. then it should be pretty sick!!
