Hello from San Diego
I have been searching these boards for a while now, and finally jumped in to a 07 base 350z in PPW. Coming from a civic si (ep3, which i loved unconditionally) this car has been nothing short of spectacular.
Before my purchase, I was debating getting an ap1 s2k over the Z. after many debates swinging back and forth, my friend, and fellow 07 Z owner finally talked some sense into me, and let me drive his car. I realized I needed a car for daily driving, and a more grown up car (TORQUE!!!), not a go kart. After staying up many late nights searching my350z (and still doing so), i confirmed that 07+ HR model years are best. (duh n00b!)
So of course I ended up going with a 2007 Pikes Peak White Pearl 350z with the vq35hr Motor, and honestly I could not be any happier.
Car is all stock for now, for i am on a college student budget. I'm getting a 20% tint all around this week, and I definitely plan on lowering it with some nice coilovers as soon as I get the dough (doing it the right way first). I only have a couple pictures for now from a local SoCal ep3 meet.
On the the pics two of the new, and two of the old.

Thank you, all feedback/comments welcome.
