Yea things are going as planned, we actually got a discount off the framework because we prepped both halves so well. I can probably come up with a total number when all is said and done. The red is the standard redline color, it probably just looks different with different lighting in the pictures. I really like the color too

Yea definitely. I heard about the gateway z club and I think they have quite a few members and throw pretty big meets. Im probably gonna hit it up sometime (when this thing is done!)

It's definitely been a rollercoaster, but it should be worth it in the end

Another Update: Car is back in our garage and were making progress. A few recent things weve done: installed the exhaust system, painted the brake calipers yellow (please dont hate, it seriously looks great), sanded and prepped the doors and door frames for paint, and test drove it around the block!! It was a blast! No noticeable problems, not even a check engine light. Heres some pics from today. Enjoy!

Lovin the calipers, very distinctive. Primary colours together always look stunning.

if you can rebuild it to a high standard of quality, you can do great work!

Yep its about that time! Were on the home stretch now. Receiving a new tire pressure sensor and mounting/balancing the new tires will probably be the last step. It wont be legal till late November though because of scheduling inspections etc. Should be completed before too long though. Enjoy the pics

Seats are actually in now too. And doors put back together. Had to take the doors apart to get the glass out to get the handles off to paint. Pain in the ***.

Fenders are fitted now too and look good, just havent snapped a new photo. Gotta keep you guys guessing

New Kumho all season tires. The rears were the only that needed replacing, so bought 255s

Again, fenders fitted, just an old pic.
