Hey all,
I just bought an 06 350z today, and figured id get myself on a forum.
I was in an accident in Oct and my 325i got totalled, i spent time looking for an M3 but sadly, theres not a lot by me or im too picky.
Anyhow, I bought this 350z today and like it a lot! I'll be picking it up tues or wed I hope. Heres a pic http://ramseyinfiniti.com/wp-content...=1&w=368&h=277
Its an 06, has most ofthe features and 66k miles.


I was a pretty good bmw enthusiast and plan on doing that here. Wheres the good online parts sellers so I dont get robbed @ the $tealer, as well as if theres any good service manuals, I had the Bentley manual for my 325i.
Lastly, are theyre any major "defects" or reoccuring problems with the car I should know about? I probably should have looked into that 1st though hah.

major problem with the 06 is oil consumption, if you're MT.

If you are MT, make sure to have it checked to see if its been replaced, and if it hasn't monitor your oil carefully.

I didnt get an extended warranty, Im very mechanically inclined, i swapped my 325i from an auto to a stick. I got a stick 350z because i refused to get an auto.

Thanks for letting me know about the oil, ill def keep an eye on that, is there any reason why it happens? Or it just does
