Hello, ex-vette guy, now Z guy
Well...I retired, 25 years law enforcement, and I have had vettes for years. 8 of them. Sold my last vette a few months ago and drove a 3 series BMW for a while just as a daily driver. Now that I am on a fixed budget, I left the vette world and decided I still wanted a 2 seated sports car to drive around every day. So I picked up an 03 350 Z. just got it today! Don't know much about them, car rides nice, love the shifter and it's pretty quick. Not the power my Z06 had but still fun to drive around town. I am here to learn about the Z and look forward to all the info you guys or galls have to offer. the Z I bought is an 03, 6 speed coupe, white with 67k miles on it. I had a 240Z, 280Z and 280ZX years ago, so i know the Z car is a great sports car for the money. Thanks....

Welcome - but I'd sell the 350, go back to your roots, and buy the 2014 C7 Stingray. That damn car may bring me back to American muscle - Chevy has a winner there.
Seriously, the 350z is fun but you will now suffer whp-envy when comparing to your previous car buying trend.

Having owned one of the first Z06's in 2001 (only 385 HP then), I don't miss it a bit when I get in my 350z. My Nismo puts a smile on my face every time!
Enjoy getting to know an entirely different vehicle.
