those who suggest that timing doesnt do much, clearly knows nothing about tuning a car, and need to look beyond the SAFC's their using!

when i accidently left my nitrous map on my utec and did an all motor run. 5 degrees retarded, i ran 13.4 @102 switched the map to my NA map and ran 12.9 @106 not one thing different but switching the map

the two maps are identical except for the timing....

you are correct, we could only pull 2 degrees out either way, the consult shows a -5 to +5 range but will only adjust -2 to +2 (we werent sure why?)

and i can feel it, it not that bad but i can tell a difference.
