I can get 4 305s in the car (remove all the spare tire and tools). Makes it hard to get in reverse, but I can get her done

Tire totes - about $80/set. There is a set at ZCG, but they are mine!

At the same time, though, I would be DEAD set against you driving 40mi each way on A6's.

Same as me. Was just curious if there was another way I wasn't thinking of.

I actually stand mine up on the passenger seat, so only the really wide ones start to crowd reverse and 6th.

Do you bungie them or something to keep them from toppling over?

No. I usually snug them up against the dash, and put a hand on them when I make right turns.

Maybe I can do them this way because my door panels are removed?

Picked up the car! We did dyno with new high flow cats. 316 hp and 260 ft/lbs of torque. That's on stock Nismo tune. Up Rev hasn't cracked the code on Nismo yet. Those new cats really woke up the motor! Sounds cool too!

LSD feels great. We weighed the race wheels and they are almost 40lbs lighter with tires than my street setup! Wicked 315's fill up the rear. I think I may be able to go to 295 from 285 up front.

Got negative camber and a little toe out too!

Raining to hard to stop by tonight so I will get teched tomorrow. Will throw on a6 if it stops raining at Z car garage in the am. Then drive a couple miles to the event.

I got some new street tires mounted tonight just in case I decided there's too much water for the V710s, but if it isn't down pouring during my runs V710s it will be!

Grant and I are running first heat, working third. I'll be in the trailer announcing

I thought SP classed cars go rg4? Do all indexed cars run together? Is that x class?

Well I may be on streets regardless of conditions then. My hoosiers are at ZCG. Don't know if I will have time to run over there. Do you know when first car goes out?

New street tires? Sweet! On what wheels?

Dang! That's some great power! That puts your wt/hp at 10.3 - wow! That's WAY better than mine (11.1) - and my car is lightened a bit! You should bring the Z over to the scales by the airport to get an actual weight on the race tires. I'm glad you guys aren't in my class!

Good luck to you both this weekend!
